A passion for sake
Sake is brewed with the blessings of heaven (weather) and earth (quality of rice), and what determines its taste is the desire of the sake brewer to brew delicious sake.
We will humbly carry on the secrets of sake brewing that our predecessors perfected through their sweat and blood, and strive to let people know the quality of sake brewed from rice, our staple food. We hope that the number of sake drinkers will continue to increase, and that sake will truly be considered our national drink in both name and reality.
