This Junmai Daiginjo sake is brewed with "Yume Sasara," a rice variety developed in Tochigi Prefecture that is ideal for sake brewing. The label was designed by one of Japan's leading hand-drawn ink painting artists, Arakawa Tsubasa, who creates works that pursue "dynamism," "power," and "impact" with a unique touch that is free, bold, and delicate, without being bound by traditional techniques or rules. The label was designed by Arakawa Tsubasa, expressing the flavor of Shikisakura Yume Sasara. Its gorgeous, gentle sweetness evokes the feeling of the vast expanse of the sky.
