We are pleased to announce that Shikisakura Daiginjo sake has won a gold medal at the National New Sake Appraisal Competition.

This Daiginjo sake was brewed with the late Genichiro Imai at the risk of his life, and it is a very elegant and gentle flavor with a clean finish.

I am very happy that this taste, which remains unchanged to this day, has been recognized.

Master brewer Tamayama will continue to dedicate himself to sake brewing, striving for even greater heights in the future.
