Devotion in each cup.
Delicious sake is made through the heartfelt work of brewers.
Established in 1871. In order to share the goodness of nihonshu, sake brewed from rice, with as many people as we can, we humbly carry on the brewing techniques our predecessors mastered through blood and sweat. We at Utsunomiya Brewing continue to pursue delicious sake.
